Further to numerous requests, and as a service to Côte d'Azur property owners, Scanazur has created the SCANAZUR RENTAL CLUB interface, whereby said owners can reach potential tenants and vice versa.

If you wish to list your property on our homepage, please contact us and after completing the listing requirements, and subject to approval, you will be issued a member login identity and a password, enabling you to create and update your own listing, with: 4 photos, an exhaustive description, rental prices and periods. A search engine based on price, number of sleeping spaces and geographical location area is at the tenants' disposal.

The properties listed are posted on the homepage by the owners themselves, who handle the relationship directly with the tenant without any interference from Scanazur. The listing by the owners on the Scanazur homepage implies full understanding and acceptance of the fact that Scanazur assumes no liability for any aspect of the rentals. All responsibility for the information regarding the services and characteristics of the properties listed resides with the owners.

Scanazur's role is explicitly limited to making available its homepage space.

All queries must be adressed directly to the owner by the e-mail link or contact data provided, unless Scanazur is empowered by the owner to 'screen' potential tenants, in which case Scanazur will receive the request for information.
